PRO: Adjustability in back elbow neck support CON: The lowest seat height is higher than I would like it to be. The seat cushion is stuffed with too much material giving it too much thigh resistance.

Got this for my partner who is under 5' and it's perfect. Good support good adjustment levels comfortable etc. However I am well over 6 foot and the headrest isn't tall enough for me and the arm rests don't reach my preferred height either. But if you're 6 foot or under it seems to be a great chair.

This chair is incredible. It tilts the back which I thought it was just like regular Chris but this one has. Lever like a car seat to recline. It’s high comfort like you wouldn’t believe. The support pillows are great too!!
