I purchased this chair to replace a chair that had tall fixed armrests that restricted arm movement at the keypad. The chair is firm and back support is great. Armrests have multiple adjustments and the chair performs well when spending hours in the chair. The instructions for assembly and adjustments could be improved to mention armrest pad movement forward/backwards and lever under chair to lock chair back movement.

So glad I did its so comfortable and fits perfect I sit 9 plus hours a day at work and I have problems with my leg due to damage from a blood clot this helps with blood flow because I can adjust Chair back instead of being stuck in 1 uncomfortable position. Oh and I ordered it and the next afternoon it was at my door I put it together all by myself it was very easy
