The chair is ultimately comfortable but I have only owned the chair for approximately 3 months and the arm rest has already broken off. I only use the chair for office use and have not done anything out of the ordinary for it to break.

Down graded chair

I bought this same chair 5 years ago. Seems they have downgraded it some since. The back of the chair is ever so slightly smaller than it was before. The arm rests do not go as high as my old chair and the particular one I got has a defect as the left arm rest does not raise as high as the right. The chair is still comfortable but really wish the arm rests came up a few inches further. I bought some foam pads that add over an inch but it is till to low. I will not be buying this chair again in a few years.
