The chair has a lot of good adjustments too it it has good support and the materials are easy to clean. With all of the adjustments it can be comfortable for almost anyone whether you sit straight up slouch or have a bad back. The only unfortunate thing about the chair is that the quality of materials is poor. I have had two of them and both have had the pneumatic post fail. The newer one has also had the leatherette/plastic start to peel/shed. Thankfully they do have a good extended warranty available which has been well worth it. If they can improve the quality of the materials that they use this would be a 5 star chair.
