I'm returning it. It's a reasonably comfortable chair but the build quality is terrible. Get what you pay for. The plastic covers on the sides barely hang on and would require a trip to the hardware store for longer screws to try and get them to sty in place. So not worth doing. Going to spend a bit more to get quality.

I have to sit for several hours a day at work and bought this chair in a different color a few months ago because it was advertised as being good for longer periods of sitting than a regular office chair. Yes even the fancy ones had shorter average times. My back has been hurting much less - I have some injuries so 0% pain is not in the cards even if I sit on a cloud - and the adjustable pillows are awesome. I wound up giving my husband the first chair after some minor damage occurred and used the warranty repayment to purchase this color for myself. Would definitely recommend if you're at a computer. I'm not much for gaming so I can't speak to how well it does for that but I imagine you would not be disappointed in that scenario either.

Bought this while it was on sale early in Dec mainly because of the back and neck support it offers. It is a good quality chair was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. I like it was a good choice for me!
