The chair was easy to put together. The lumbar support cushion is a little to stiff for me. If your a heavy guy like myself you may want to find a gaming chair with a little more seat cushion. After a 8 hour day It feels like sitting on a park bench. It does bounce back but I'm afraid that daily use may crush the seat. I also would like the arm rests to be not so easy to move as a guy of size (I weigh 250) I use them to get out and when they move it feels unstable. I do like the adjustability of the back. That is the reason I purchased it in the first place.

this chair saved my son's back from laying in a prone position on the couch for hours at a time. Nice features for the price. Comfortable. The neck pad slides down too much and has to be repositioned often. Overall all a good value for the purchase price
