Just a few months after purchase the chair's cylinder began leaking. It wouldn't remain at it's set height. Sometimes it would drop slowly while other times it was more abrupt. For the purchase amount I expected to last much longer than it actually did.

I would have given 5 Stars but the chair back and seat pan do not line up perfectly after assembly. The lumbar cushion hides this but still...

My grandma bought this as a Christmas gift and I love it! I’m a Pre -med student so I spend MANY hours in one spot studying or in classes all day and this chair has been a huge help. It makes taking classes easier with its adjustable features! I love love love it!

I am not a Gamer so my comments may be considered irrelevant. I purchased this chair primarily because of the high backrest. I'm over 6' tall so I need a high backrest that extends above my shoulders. These are my major issues: 1. The adjustable Lumbar cushion is for me useless. I could not find a position that made it comfortable for me to use so it was discarded within the first half-hour of use. 2. The forward/back sliding and semi-rotational arm rests are annoying because they can't be locked in place. Almost every time I move my hands or arms while sitting or getting in or out of the chair they move and I have to readjust them. 3. The padding of the seat and backrest is adequate but it remains to be seen how long it will remain comfortable. My biggest issue with office chairs I've had in the past is the disintegration of the seat padding after a relatively short period of time.

I had an old chair for work and decided it was time to invest in myself to have a comfortable work chair I have to use at least 8 hrs a day! I’m so pleased it has some nice custom features to get you situated just right and just so comfy and with arm adjustments go up or down! Highly recommend!

Chair's comfortable and supportive you can sit in it for a long time and not get tired. It supports your back well. The experience of buying it however was not so I was asked at least three times by 3 separate employees whether I wanted to purchase a warranty. When asking for the chair the first comment the employee made was that I could buy a warranty for the chair and would I like it? I asked do you have the chair? Then said no I don't want the warranty. The cashier asked four times finally offering to "find" a coupon to reduce the price. Thanks but no. Are you sure? They offered to load the chair where upon the employee said "You didnt buy the warranty?" Don't you want the warranty? I said do you know how many times ive been asked that? Do you get a 100% commission on warranties? Looking at me very indignantly he said we don't know what others have asked you. Really? You expect me to believe that? Placed the chair in my truck and stomped off.
