This chair is comfy and stable. I have no use for the lumbar pillow but the neck pillow sits perfectly in place where I need it. I love the purple color too. What I don’t like is the lack of padding for the arms. I would also like it more if the adjustable arms would lock into the position you choose because I am accidentally moving then to a different position when pushing against them to stand.

I like this chair because it can be setup to very upright. Many office chairs tend to have a tendency of leaning backward too much. Sometime when I am doing work requires a lot of typing I want to lean forward a little bit. This chair allows me to do this. And it also allows me to lean backward for watching videos. I found online reviews elsewhere complaining that the seat is too tight and is not comfortable. I am an adult male at 5-ft 11-inches and I find that its seat is more than wide enough and is comfortable. No idea why some people said that the seat is too narrow. This is best to find a brick and mortar store like Staples and try it before you order it online. That's why I tried it on their store ordered it from Staples web site and picked it up from their store. The only thing that I don't like are the hand rests. They swivel and cannot be locked in place. I guess nothing is perfect.

This chair is a 10+ for me so comfortable for me since I work from home. I can sit 8 hours in this chair and get up not aching in my back. This is the PERFECT chair for me who knew a gaming chair would change the game for me!!!

The seat cushion lasted a week

It will be curious to see if I will be able to return this as I have not been able to get a response from Staples (understandable under the conditions). Within a week of having the chair I could feel the bottom of the chair and I'm not an obese person. This may be fine for a gaming person or young person but I bought it as my office chair. I wouldn't recommend it for that purpose

The chair that welcomes your form on day one very little adjustment required. No wonder the kids can manage those round the clock gaming sessions. Assembly instructions are very good but parts need to be tweaked into place here and there nothing new no thing is perfect.
