Well made with lots of usable adjustments. From the back going straight up to almost all the way laid back. the arms go up/down they also swivel and slide front to back. Has 2 removable "pillows" I guess you'd call them(1-neck & 1-lumbar)

Chair is great bought for my mother on Christmas and she uses it 10hrs a day 7 days a week the only complaint she has with this chair is she can’t lean the seat part back when sitting flat and when she’s sitting in the chair leaning forward typing the chair slide out from under her unless your back is on the backrest you can slide off the front
