I have this chair about 8 months and it's already coming apart. Had to get a new side arm. The stitiching on the see is already coming apart. I just use for work. I am not heavy either. Has to better choices out there.

I like it because it is comfortable. I use it to work on my computer at home not for gaming. As I am not very tall the seat fits me well compared to some other chairs that I have tried. It maintains my back well. I like that you can adjust the height the firmness of the seat and the inclination of the back. I do not use the cushions as I don't like lombar support.

Putting the chair together went pretty smoothly until it came time to strap on the headrest (which is pretty flimsy itself - having to strap it on rather than integrated into the chair design.) But as soon as I unclipped it the left hand strap just fell to the ground. It wasn't even properly sewn into the cushion! Not sure how to rectify this. I don't want to send the whole chair back but will Staples send me a new head cushion? That's the question.

I had an older one from 3+ years and I liked it. This new one has some features I wish I had on the older one and some adjustments to the older chair built in. This one goes about 1/2" higher and the seat is tilted up in the front plus it does not have the folding wheels like the last one that I didn't like. OBTW the older chair did not make it to the trash pickup a neighbor sat in it and took it home so he could play his guitar in comfort. He did remove the arms though because they got in the way of playing the guitar. Eight bolts and they arms were off of the body of the chair. I would purchase it again for sure

Very comfortable chair but the arms break off easily. We bought 4 of these chairs and 2 have had the same issue the arm just snapped off.
