Its a very comfy chair but if your like and do not like creases in your chair and some uneven things then find a better made one. But in all I love this chair and wont switch it in a while

Chair looks good however both the head rest and lumbar support do not provide flexibility and not comfortable. Had to remove both of them and one of main reason for me to buy this chair is support in both these areas. Also the seat depth is not adequate to have the lumbar support anyways.
