Couldn’t get the color I wanted when on sale. The chair I got the straps for the lumbar support were sewn wrong so I had to make 2nd trip to get them to swap out. Other than that its pretty cool for my recording studio..

The chair is comfortable and functional as an office chair. My only issue is that it came with two right arms and I had to make a modification to make it work but it looks funny. Maybe it would be a good idea to inventory the contents of the box before leaving the store or starting assembly :)

I LOVE THIS CHAIR! I'm not a gamer but do sometimes spend too much time on the computer. I also use this chair when I read a book as it is more comfortable than our $2 000 sofa. My only gripe is that they provide the chair with hard plastic wheels as if everybody is going to use it on carpet. Many people are going to hard floors now including us because of the sinus problems that carpeting causes. It would be nice if they would include rubber wheels or bands to cover the wheels.

This chair is comfy and stable. I have no use for the lumbar pillow but the neck pillow sits perfectly in place where I need it. I love the purple color too. What I don’t like is the lack of padding for the arms. I would also like it more if the adjustable arms would lock into the position you choose because I am accidentally moving then to a different position when pushing against them to stand.
