Do yourself a favor and just buy a better chair. I don't know what this thing has so many good reviews. I'm not a heavy guy at 185 lbs.- the cushion on this chair wore out in about 30 days with about 10 hours of use every week. Now I'm sitting on the meatal bottom pan. Good thing I bought the protection plan so I can try to get a refund get rid of this thing and buy a Secretlab chair like I wanted to in the first place.

The bottom line is that I honestly expected at least as reliable a deliver as say UBER or a homeless guy on a bicycle that doesn't have a map or gps! I live in an apartment and it is clearly labeled abd it's between two businesses. My address is 16 there is a big restaurant at 14 and an electronic store at 18. The first driver messaged corporate at 8:30 that the address given was not valid! I don't understand why he did t attempt to call or come back but ok. Spoke to a supervisor and she was apologetic and said she would make sure he delivered it and require a signature the following day. I waited home all day! I checked the tracking which doesn't update regularly and it said left at front door! That means he left it on a city street! Would you leave an almost $200 chair on a street named broadway I. A city? NOPE. It wasn't there. The next day he did the same exact thing but I was checking every 15 minutes for hours. I'm disabled and live on the third floor not convenient at all!

I recently started working from home and am sitting for hrs at a time. I have terrible back problems. This chair is amazing!!! It has adjustable arms pillows and you can lay it back. I even got rid of my couch and am using it in my living room while watching tv! Best purchase I ever made!!!!
