I purchased this chair to replace a chair that had tall fixed armrests that restricted arm movement at the keypad. The chair is firm and back support is great. Armrests have multiple adjustments and the chair performs well when spending hours in the chair. The instructions for assembly and adjustments could be improved to mention armrest pad movement forward/backwards and lever under chair to lock chair back movement.

Ok for the first 30 days

Do yourself a favor and just buy a better chair. I don't know what this thing has so many good reviews. I'm not a heavy guy at 185 lbs.- the cushion on this chair wore out in about 30 days with about 10 hours of use every week. Now I'm sitting on the meatal bottom pan. Good thing I bought the protection plan so I can try to get a refund get rid of this thing and buy a Secretlab chair like I wanted to in the first place.

So far we all love the chair. Customer service was very helpful. We thought we had 2 left arms but it turns out the arms are interchangeable. The directions do not tell you that.
