I 'm 5'6" tall and have a high work station. This chare is made for tall to very tall (standing0 stations. The seat is just right for my back to my knees and the aback has great support.

The chair doesn’t adjust down far enough even though it looks like it should but it does say in the specifications the correct height. it was our mistake by not looking at the specifications but I don’t know where you could use the chair at that height
