it's very basic, goes up and down, and has cushioned seat and back. Can't adjust arms or tilt back. The circular footrest doesn't move and is on the smaller side. arm rests are hard plastic and uncomfortable, so I got arm pads for them. It works as is and it's ok, so three stars.

Amazing high quality office chair for high counters. The piston sits perfectly for high counters without extending it. So if the piston fails it won’t be a problem. It can also extend even higher. Putting together was a breeze, very easy. 5 year warranty is awesome! Get this chair for high counters!
