I paid to have this put together and after many phone calls and back and forth I ended up putting it together myself. The chair isn't very comfortable the back isn't adjustable and it throws you forward when trying to sit in it. The height isn't as adjustable as it should be. It is about 2 inches to tall for my table and I cannot get the chair to get any lower so it isn't comfortable at all. Very sorry I purchased this chair.

Chair was easy to assemble and is comfortable. The only caveat I have is that if u are under 5’3” tall you may have difficulty getting into the chair even at its lowest adjustment level. Luckily there is a foot rest near the base and can be used to pull yourself up. I also lowered my drafting table to meet the chair height.
