Poorly engineered

They made it look good when it’s new but it’s all show. All made of out plastic materials and just engineered to break after some use so it ends up in a land fill and you have to buy another and another and another and another. Staples does a pretty solid job of finding the lowest quality products and putting them on display. Literally everything I’ve bought from Staples I’ve either tried to return or end up throwing out.
Received today… set up was super easy and quick! I’m a woman and even made a tik tok showing the steps. (follow mahalomarsha ) The reviews were right about the wheels not locking…. if on carpet it’s ok but on tile you might need a chair mat. Great purchase and I see the price dropped. I paid $140 just 3 days ago and it now shows $119 🥺
This chair is high quality with good back support which is why I bought it to use as my shop stool. My son turned me onto this chair as he also uses it as a shop stool! I highly recommend this chair. It is very stable and easily moves on the casters.
Daughter is tall purchased a cafe style table to use as a desk instead a standard desk. We were looking for the right chair at the right price and this is it. Works great with that hight table/desk and is comfortable enough to do several hours of classwork at a time without getting uncomfortable.
No tools were needed except the included allen wrench. It’s sturdy and just what I needed. I didn’t realize that the back doesn’t adjust but it’s in a good position for me.
Assembly was difficult—a misleading diagram led me to try to put some pieces together in the wrong order. Figured it out and so far it's a comfortable chair. I appreciate that the seat height and foot ring are both adjustible.
