Great price, hard to screw in the back piece

Great price point, not easy to assemble. Arrived quickly, all the pieces were there. The directions are simple enough, but when it came to screwing in the back to the base of the chair, it became very difficult. The holes were hard to align with the screw and kept popping out, which brought out some colorful words. And since originally assembling, two have continued to pop out despite being seemingly tightly screwed in. They’re not stripped, they just don’t want to stay in their hole. Super annoying. Maybe just ship those pieces and arms already assembled, the rest is pretty easy.

I needed a new office chair. Checked out Staples because I love their tech recycling program and had a nice reward value that would apply to my purchase. Found this model and liked the picture, description, and price. I got it home and found it really easy to assemble. Love It!
