Seat padding is poor and needs to better. Had to add a cushion to sit on. Back support is okay, but needs to be better. Arm height is good. When sitting in the chair and leaning to the left or right, the chair feels unsteady, but the chair has not tipped over. Got the chair for a good price, I would not pay full price for it. Hydraulics and seat height are adjustable and good.
