Ordered online picked up in store= very easy process. Chair is great quality. My 13 year old put it together all by themself. Worth the purchase!

Very easy instructions. Seat is comfortable. Arms are really low though and can't really use them.

Great chair with support and comfort..only negative. As a short girl the seat is too long. and need a pillow to push me forward so my knees can bend at edge of chair

Feels comfortable for hours and can be used as a student seat for home-schooling. Fits under a 28" high desk. Affordable and easy to assemble. May fit a small or 175lb adult or an adult-size teenager.

Assembly was quick and mostly easy aside from a step or two. The quality of parts feels good as well. It's not exactly comfortable. The seat is incredibly hard it barely leans and it's much smaller than I thought. I'm to blame for not being thorough and looking into the dimensions but this chair is scaled for a young teen at best. The headrest comes up to right between my shoulders and even my younger sister's head sits above it. The armrests are really low as well. I guess it's not awful for the price point but be aware of what you're getting especially if you're any taller than 5'6"
