Chair is comfortable. Two small things…the arms are a bit lower than my old chair and be careful sitting down and getting up (or bending over to pick something up) the chair’s wheels move real fast.

Purchased two (2) for our Pastors office. Very nice chairs and comfortable. Did have a little trouble lining up one of the arm because the holes were slightly off but did manage to get it attached and not having to return it to the store.

Chair doesn’t lean back as advertised. Also if you lean forward the chair goes out from under you. It is unsafe.

Gave it 4 stars for the back of the chair could be a little bit taller. Seat is comfortable.

I bought this for my home office. The screws were stripped. No matter what I tried I couldn't get them to feed. I would like to return it but I don't think I can fit it back into the box.

We gifted our grandson with this gaming chair for his birthday. He is 8 years old and this chair size is just right for him. These chairs were not in stock so we ordered it it arrived the next day! I really appreciate the sales associate at Staples for recommending it. We are happy customers.

Once I put it together it became very useful and comfortable. It was the assembling process that was a pain in the posterior. There were a bunch of screws that needed to be inserted in the right places to assemble the chair properly. I pretty handy and mechanically inclined but this chair was very challenging to put together.
