The chair is comfortable for short periods of time but if I have to use it for more than a few hours I notice that the seat does not seem completely level. It is just enough that it begins to bother me after a while and none of the adjustments have fixed it.
I've had this chair for a day and it's already SO much more comfortable than the "Union & Scale Dexley". The padding is comfortable thick and firm. So much better than a basic gaming chair and lots of support compared to a mesh seat. Highlights of this chair for me (other than the seat) are the adjustable seat depth and arm width adjustment! Seat adjustment is great for people who may have longer legs and need their seat further out. Same for people who may be shorter and need the seat closer to the back of the chair. I'm 5'6 and I use the second setting right in the middle. One thing I absolutely disliked about the Dexley was how much I'd have to scoot back so my back could be up against the chair which in the end gave me bad back problems. The adjustable arm rests not only go up and down but can be adjusted to go outwards as well. I was worried I might not fit the width of the chair sitting down but it would have not been a problem as the arm rests could have been pushed outwards. Lumbar support is comfy. with all my back problems I'm glad I can adjust it. It sits exactly where I need it to support my lower back and encourage proper posture. Assembly was a breeze about 30 mins by myself. Came packaged nicely instructions were clear and only one tool needed that was included. I went back and forth between a lot of chairs and took a gamble on this one I'm glad I did. If I run into any issues in the future I'll update my review.
I am very happy that I purchased this chair. My lower back feels supported and the seat cushion itself is firm but comfortable. It feels well built sturdy and it was nice that the arm rests were adjustable too. I would definitely recommend this chair for your office.

5 STARS ON ASSEMBLY! I'm a 71 yr old female and not mechanically inclined at all. Pieces were packed perfectly in a nice box with open handles on sides - 5 total pieces 11 total screws plus one right-sized wrench. Took me 45 minutes to build it and that included pulling off wheels from old chair and popping in the new plastic casters (from new chair) into the old chair. I could then start with Step 1 and pop the upgraded wheels in the base of the new chair. We always use the upgraded wheels as we don't like the plastic casters. At 6:43 I took photo of parts on floor and at 7:29 is the photo of completed chair. EXCELLENT instructions in 5 EASY steps!
