I'm glad I finally purchased this chair. Assembly was so easy only a few steps. My only complaint is it's hard to reach the lever to raise and lower the chair but I'd still buy it anyway. The wheels roll so smoothly and it's very comfortable. The back is supportive but has give so it's not like you're up against a wall.

The build quality of this chair is good for the price. It is solid and attractive in a subdued way. The ergonomics could be better for me though—especially the arms which sit a bit wider than I would like and can’t be adjusted horizontally. I am a pretty average size person and it seems like the chair was designed more for larger people with bigger frames. If the chair was either a little less wide or had more adjustability I might give it five stars. As it is I would definitely not recommend this chair for smaller people.

Well designed comfortable and easy to assemble (thank god!). One arm was defective but there was a phone number to call for help which they answered right away without a lot of auto prompts and they sent a replacement part right away. (In the end I decided I preferred it without the arms which you can just not assemble). Very friendly and helpful.

set up was easy. However the double caster wheels keep falling off the tap that is supposed to hold them on. Not the entire caster just one of the plastic wheels on a caster. I have tried fixing it but it appears to be a design flaw. The barrel plug/rod that the wheel fits onto must not be thick enought o hold the wheel on. I would really like a replacement. Otherwise I will have to buy a new set of casters with better wheels. order #9983008323 Item: 24525434 bought Nov 4

Very easy to assemble!

5 STARS ON ASSEMBLY! I'm a 71 yr old female and not mechanically inclined at all. Pieces were packed perfectly in a nice box with open handles on sides - 5 total pieces 11 total screws plus one right-sized wrench. Took me 45 minutes to build it and that included pulling off wheels from old chair and popping in the new plastic casters (from new chair) into the old chair. I could then start with Step 1 and pop the upgraded wheels in the base of the new chair. We always use the upgraded wheels as we don't like the plastic casters. At 6:43 I took photo of parts on floor and at 7:29 is the photo of completed chair. EXCELLENT instructions in 5 EASY steps!
