I have to sit for work a lot particularly now that we're working from home. I had never imagined I'd spend so much for a desk chair but for the first time in my adult life I finally have a chair that doesn't bother my back after a few hours of sitting in it. I have a lot of lower back issues and this chair has helped a lot with it. I sit for much of the day and my usual lower back pain I'd have after sitting has largely gone away. I used to use a leather office chair at home but that would get hot and the cushion would eventually wear down so that there wasn't a whole lot of padding. This chair solves that whole problem.

Comfortable when I sat in it in the store for a few minutes. Once I sat in it half a day it was straining to keep it pushed back. Wants to keep pushing me forward. Hopefully it will lean back over time without too much effort.

My chair did not come with screws. Had to call (there is no support email and their help chat didn't function for me). My box looked like it had been opened before though all the parts looked new. Support was understanding and offered me a refund if I chose so but I instead opted for just the screws. ------ The chair itself is great. The mesh helps air circulate instead of trapping heat behind me. Even took a few naps on it a few times. Size is ideal for me (I like to sit with one of my legs under the other) with room to spare. Was concerned about holding my weight but it has been doing very well for the few weeks I've owned it. Helps me sit with better posture and the headrest adjusts to me nicely. Really light and easy to assemble. I wish the armrests would have had easy adjustable tilting inwards/outwards (they're stationary after you screw it in) and that the mesh was a bit easier to clean crumbs. The caster wheels don't always roll sometimes they drag on my carpet. Don't have any real gripes other than those.
