My wife uses this chair for working from home while seated for extended periods of time. She tells me the chair is comfortable and can be adjusted to fit her changing needs although she does add a cushion to sit on. She enjoys the lumbar support and that she does not have to add a pillow. I only gave it a 4 out of 5 as we don't know how it will hold up. Her previous vinyl covered chair from Staples was also comfortable but started to peel and breakdown after two years and the vertical adjuster started to leak and settle. We will see how the netting cover on this chair and vertical adjuster holds up. We did not purchase the extended warranty for either chair.

I love this chair as I am 6'.2" tall and weighs over 220 pounds so needed a chair that can support my back and lumbar properly. I sit in my chair for 5+ hours pretty much everyday and the neck support is also great.

I put the chair together myself and it was simple until the final step - attaching the seat/back to the base. The seat/back is quite heavy once it's all assembled and was a bit awkward to attach but I got it. I do like the chair a lot - it's very sturdy and I don't get hot sitting on it because of the mesh. This is a professional office type of chair and I'm very glad to have it especially after 10 solid months of teleworking every day - with no change in the foreseeable future. My home office is pretty small and I've avoided this type of a chair because of that but this chair is making a world of difference for me. I'm very relieved that I finally made this purchase.

I work seated for extended periods of time. I got this chair when my Herman-Miller Aeron chair broke. It is a nice chair but started to hurt my butt after a couple of hours sitting. Needed to return and purchased an alternate chair.
