I knew I wanted a mesh seat chair. Most are so darn expensive. I am happy with the chair and have no more back pain working 8-12 hours/day. The head rest is a little annoying because I wear my hair up. It’s removable so I might take it off. Others commented about hurting on your thighs where the seat ends. I’ve not noticed that. It’s firm there but not uncomfortable. I should have upgraded the casters so it rolls nicer on my mat. It says to use the standard ones with carpet not a mat. Certainly worth the money spent. Easy to put together and arrived quickly.

Pros: - Comfortable cool seat - Effective lumbar support - Headrest out of the way until you lean back Cons: - I found the angle of the seat to be too high in the front. It's not adjustable. I modified the seat mounting with longer bolts and washers to tilt it forward.

Not sure exactly when I bought this though it is ripping hasn't been very long---maybe a few years. The mesh on the seat from the side resulting in not supporting my weight (I'm 120#) which results in me sitting on the hard frame.
