I love this chair! EXCEPT I have had 2 of them at work and the bar in the middle goes down to the floor and won't move back up! The chair seat is nice and roomy the mesh is comfy and I love the flexibility in the backrest. But once the middle bar hits the floor - you can't move it.

Headrest assembly is terrible!

Everything was going great with the assembly of this chair until I got up to the very final piece the headrest. After 20 minutes of trying to get the first screw in I had to put this chair upside down on top of my sofa and shine a flashlight down inside to see if the holes were actually lining up. I guess so...? It took over 30 minutes to put that piece on correctly and then to top it all off one of the screws wouldn't fully tighten. I was soo....ticked off!! I sent the company an email right after. This is a "you get what you pay for". It's cheap. It's mostly hard plastic and not well engineered and the hold placements and thread pitch for the screws is wrong.

I put the chair together. It was easy. My husband had to put the wheels on because it was hard for me to push them in. Overall I put the chair together while watching TV…the company made it easy because the directions were easy to follow step by step…the screws were color coded which made it easy to understand…the chair is extremely comfortable… it come with a head rest and a back rest which both are comfortable… I have no complaints!!. Also the chair is wide for me. I’m not a big person but I have a bottom…and my tailbone hasn’t hurt since I bought the chair…the only thing…every time I push my left arm rest to stay up…it goes back down…that is the only problem…I want to take it back but my husband said no…other than that…if I were you I would make the investment!!!
