Ergonomic chair that requires proper posture

The chair itself is decently comfortable and supportive but by no means a cushy recliner. Sitting in it with bad posture feels awkward and uncomfortable so practicing proper posture is a must. At 6’ 190lbs the ergonomics are adjustable to almost perfection. Head rest is great arm rests are a little far apart lumbar support is good but changes when you recline.
