I like the chair except it is way too easy to rock back unintentionally. It is not made to handle a regular sized guy maybe better tensioning or control to stop the back from moving would help tremendously. I tightened the tensioner as much as I could but it is not strong enough to sit in and the back not move. Pretty disappointed that I cannot sit up and relax without the back reclining. Kinda sorry I bought this chair.

Great chair! Feels good and gives good back support. Only reason I didn't rate 5 is because the headrest while optional isn't as adjustable as I'd like. I'd like it if I could raise it up just a smidgen. I'm 5'10" and it feels like the headrest should be just a bit higher. Anyway great chair! I am satisfied with my purchase!

Got this chair for x-mas to replace an old wooden favorite that broke after ~50 years continuous service. Box is fairly heavy. Chair is easy to put together all screws are color coded for the different assembly parts (arm rests back under chair piston assembly) and all can be installed with the single provided Allen Wrench. Total assembly time about 15 minutes leisurely. Comfy to sit on head rest is adjustable and OK for people ~ 5’2" - 6’2”. Not sure if I (and my kids) will get 50 years out of this one but initial quality impression is positive.
