Replacing my 8-year-old faux leather office chair (also bought from this store) was necessary for my sanity. I knew I would never buy a vinyl-upholstered chair again. I needed better lumbar support a slightly smaller profile (since I now have a smaller office) and one that wouldn’t leave vinyl crumbs on my chair mat. Getting a $500+ chair isn’t practical right now. After test-rolling 15 chairs at my local store I decided to get this one. My husband successfully put it together for me in about an hour. The chair seems sturdy. The reclining feature is adequate. Independent arm height adjustment is good. The seat is smaller than my previous chair but it makes me sit further back and I know it’s improving my posture. Since it’s mesh the headrest is a little uncomfortable and I have a gel cushion on the seat. Overall I’m satisfied so far and I hope it lasts at least 8 years.
This was a replacement for a chair I bought that was defective in manufacture (different chair). The first chair had misaligned bolt holes in the back that I thought were a non-issue. I tried that chair for a week and a half. The seat was fine and I thought the back was too until I started having back pain and measured. I discovered the alignment was skewed and the problem was beyond a cosmetic issue. So got full credit for that one and tried a half dozen others in store and settled on this chair. My back is very happy now. This is a very comfortable chair with adjustable lumbar. I highly recommend.
I spent a lot of money on an ergonomic gamer chair with a foot stool and neck support. I visited a friend sat in this chair fell in love went home and bought it. On sale next day delivery. Easy assembly. Soooo comfortable and supportive. 100% recommend. Manufacture recommendation - handles could use some cushion to support my elbows.
I really love this chair because it supports my back and head in ways never done before with other seating. I am not an average height person and this chair fits me perfectly. I don't tend to lean in chairs so I don't use the tilt function. The seat is comfortable and has the airflow so that the seat doesn't get hot for long periods of sitting. The only caveat I have is I wish the arms could move inward and outward. . I highly recommend this office chair.
Comfy chair with good ergonomics. Well worth the $150 I even used a $20 promontory to make it $130 can't beat this chair for that price anywhwre

Worst Chair I have ever purchased!

I have purchased over 10 desk chairs in my life and have never bought one anywhere near this bad. The chair tilts too far back even with the tilt lock in place and with tilt tension all the way up. If you use the backrest like you are supposed to you will sit at a 110 angle if u remove the tilt lock thing. You will sit at a 140-degree angle. The 110 angle is a terrible position and uncomfortable for your neck and back. For the price the quality of the parts is far below what should be expected. I highly discourage anyone to purchase this chair. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never purchase another chair from staples. I would return the chair if it was worth the time to take it apart. I will be buying a new chair from somewhere else.
