So far I am satisfied with this chair. I find it comfortable and an able to sit in it for long periods without any problems. I hope the seat mesh is durable and will hold out for a long time. I have noticed it seems to be weakening toward the front of the chirrups seat but maybe that is normal and it will not get worse. Gave four stars simply because I am concerned with this weakness and/or stretching. I am not overweight and not even close to the published maximum for this chair. At this time I would recommend this chair and feel it is a great value for the cost.
I work out of my home so I am at my desk for long stretches of time. Comfort and support were my priority with price a distant 3rd. I sat in several models including Lazyboy and Tempurpedic and this was similar in comfort and adjustment for 2/3's the price. I would recommend this chair to anybody looking for a good looking well-made and comfortable office chair.
The recline lockout feature doesn’t fully lockout out and still reclines a large amount when locked out. This doesn’t provide proper lumbar support and posture for being at a desk.
The way the mesh in this chair is aligned especially on the seat makes it more comfortable for larger people. I'm 5'10" and 160 lbs and the mesh on the seat leaves my bottom and back really sore after just one hour of usage. If you are a smaller or lighter person I would suggest looking elsewhere.
At the discounted price it's a good deal. Main downside for me was that the chair backrest is too far away from the seat perhaps a manufacturing issue. This does not allow me to sit with my hips at a comfortable 90 degree angle. Otherwise all is well with this chair.
