It’s a comfortable chair. However I wish it went up a little higher. The seat is comfy for a while but not for a long while. I have to use a seat pad for extra cushioning.

I've struggled with finding a chair with adequate lumbar support. This chair is perfect. The support is adjustable and hits me in the right place which is higher on my body than many people need. The adjustable headrest has also been surprisingly a game-changer in terms of comfort and neck pain. The mesh is cool and also very good quality. I could not be happier with this chair. I was ready to give up on ever being comfortable having gone through three other chairs and this one is a blessing.
