I sat in the chair at a Staples store and it’s what I wanted. Would recommend. Also purchased the assembly service (SPAR Assembly) and a week and a half after buying the chair and a week after they originally contacted me to make an appointment they ghosted me. No response to emails I called the customer service number yesterday and they told me to expect a call or text but nothing. Package was delivered 5 days ago and is sitting in its box waiting for the assembly I paid for. Unacceptable.

The chair is not perfect but is pretty good. I want a chair that will be cool in the summer; with both a mesh back *and* seat the chair should work in that respect. To be comfortable I must use the extreme adjustments and I'm only 6' 1". Really tall people must have a hard time finding a chair. The instructions are clear making the chair is reasonably easy to assemble. You'll want a longer wrench than what is provided.
