Headrest assembly is terrible!

Everything was going great with the assembly of this chair until I got up to the very final piece the headrest. After 20 minutes of trying to get the first screw in I had to put this chair upside down on top of my sofa and shine a flashlight down inside to see if the holes were actually lining up. I guess so...? It took over 30 minutes to put that piece on correctly and then to top it all off one of the screws wouldn't fully tighten. I was soo....ticked off!! I sent the company an email right after. This is a "you get what you pay for". It's cheap. It's mostly hard plastic and not well engineered and the hold placements and thread pitch for the screws is wrong.
