I typically don't write reviews unless something is seriously awful or seriously awesome. This chair FOR THE PRICE is amazing. I'm sure if you have the budget for a $1500+ Herman Miller chair it would blow this thing out of the water. However after driving around from store to store to store to test chairs out I basically was deciding between Gaming Ergonomic or Executive (leather) chairs. Gaming was immediately out as they're basically cheap executive chairs with less padding. So it was either Ergo or Exec. I tend to drag on the worst reviews a product has. A product could have a million 5 star reviews and I can't help but focus on the three 1 star reviews. This product was similar. Had tons and tons of good reviews and the few bad reviews I could find were about the chemical smell which mine did not have the depth of the chair which is slightly adjustable and this chair seat is even slightly deeper than the next chair up the Hyken which is $20 more. Great chair!

This rating is based on three factors. Had this chair for just over a year and the gas lift pole started dragging on the floor. (3 stars). Union & Scale was happy to provide a new base but backordering would mean almost 2 months of waiting. (4 stars) They agreed to send me a new chair delivered promptly and hassle free! (5 stars)
