You are unable to sit upright with your back touching the chair. It leans too far back in the upright locked position. Other than that it's a good chair. I was able to fix it by making an angled wedge to mount the chair back on but before that I was going to return it.

The tilt is set too far back. Tilt knob is on so tight that it can’t be turned. You need to inform your people to leave the tilt knob so it can be adjusted by the buyer. I now have to pay someone t have the proper tools to loosen the so I can adjust the tilt to my liking.

It is a nice chair. If it had a little more adjustment to the back it would be perfect. The lumbar support is nice. But much of my work is leaning forward if the whole back could adjust forward I would be ecstatic.
