Easy to assemble and much more comfortable than I expected. Headrest in a great bonus. In fact, tilt the chair back, lean your head back against headrest and you might catch a nice nap.

I loved this chair, however after 9 months the bottom of the base crashed into the floor and it stopped rolling. Had to throw out a perfect chair because of the base

As someone who is 5'8" and often wears heels, I struggle with chairs being too low. This chair reaches a great max height that keeps my legs at the proper angle. It’s both functional and comfortable for a full day of work."

Tilt lock doesn’t work like it should

When you recline you can’t lock the chair in either of the three supposed positions. Otherwise not a bad chair, prob would not recommend unless the company can tell me why this is happening and what they intend to do to fix the problem.
