I have had this chair for less than four months and the seat is already becoming unthreaded. Also the warranty only lasts two weeks. I would not recommend purchasing this chair to anyone because of how fast it wears. (I only weigh 160 lbs).

My first chair was delivered to the wrong house. I called Staples Customer Service and they took care of the issue very quickly. Good Customer Service experience. I finally received my new chair two days later. It was easy to put together and to me it is nice. It is my first mesh chair. I would buy one again if I had the opportunity.

I bought this chair on April 5 2021 2.5 months later there are multiple issues. 1. The mesh seat began to sag far enough that part of the plastic frame began to poke my thighs. To remedy this I placed a throw pillow that was about the same size between the mesh and the frame base. 2. The chair back reclines far too much with the smallest amount of pressure when locked. I expected it to be locked in the upright position but the way it is designed does not allow it to do so. I now have to sit with my back far off the chair in order to see the screen and type comfortably. A pillow is now required to keep a suitable posture. I do not recommend buying this chair for any sort of continuous use.
