I've owned this chair for 6 months now. I work from home so I sit in it about 8-10 hours a day everyday. About 5 months in and the fabric has ripped from the plastic on the sides of the seat. The hydraulics randomly slip and the seat goes lower. Definitely not impressed and was lucky enough to purchase the Assurion warranty and got my money mostly back. Wouldn't recommend as it didn't last long IMO.

The Goldilocks of Office Chairs

I tried every single office chair in stock at my local Staples (at least 20 chairs). This was the only one I found that was comfortable for my height and body type. (female 5'7") I love the tilt feature and the chair is supper supportive for my lower back. I have just started working from home and the kitchen chair just wouldn't do! My first 8 hour shift in this chair was a breeze. Got it on sale to boot! Oh AND Staples put it together for me for $14.95 - can't beat that!

I have had my chair for 5 months and it was easy to assemble and has been comfortable so far. I like the adjustable lumbar support adjustable arms and adjustable head support. It was on sale when I bought it and for being under $200 it's made well and one of the best office chairs I have used. I like the mesh seating so it stays cool and light. Overall a great chair for every day use.

Does not go low enough for a grown man’s legs

I am 5’11” and there is no way to lower the seat such that I can put my feet flat on the ground. For reference my legs are long enough that they ought to be on a man half a foot taller and they’re STILL not long enough to reach the floor. Ergonomic my hairy butt. Plus the head/neck rest isn’t positioned well.

The back and flat of the char is flexible but firm mesh which is comfortable and does not flatten over time leaving you with sitting on a flat metal plate. Overall it’s a great buy.

Didn’t last a year

At first it was pretty comfortable and supported up to my head which is nice but it didn’t even last a year before the seat started to coming undone. Now when I sit down I hit the base of the chair and its not longer supporting me. The mesh comes undone from the sides of the chair and looses its support.
