The chair is comfortable and supports good posture but if you're like me and find yourself running around and barely letting yourself sit down or just barely sitting on the edge of the chair you'll slip right off! I like this chair but don't sit on the edge of it!

The chair is not perfect but is pretty good. I want a chair that will be cool in the summer; with both a mesh back *and* seat the chair should work in that respect. To be comfortable I must use the extreme adjustments and I'm only 6' 1". Really tall people must have a hard time finding a chair. The instructions are clear making the chair is reasonably easy to assemble. You'll want a longer wrench than what is provided.

The reason people comment about sitting for longer periods is due to the mesh seat. Having used MANY office chairs in my life and finally getting one that had mesh seat and back made a huge difference and was the reason I bought this one. I'm in my 60's now and regular office chairs even with cushions become uncomfortable quick. I've had it a week and am quite happy. Some assembly needed but it has a beautifully designed hardware pkg; didn't need to read any instructions just use the pictures. It's winter now and you feel the cold a little more but I'm sure it will be awesome during the hot humid months. No forward seat tilt but the mesh may eliminate leg pain for some. Head rest does adjust up and down but not back and forth. This chair overall is much better than what I had and there may be better but a good solid purchase for the price.

Having worked in an office building for years that use these types of chairs; it was a must I get a similar chair for my home office and I couldn’t be happier. This chair provides great support and works for myself (5’5”) or my husband (6’4”); he was amazed in the comfort and support provided.
