I loved this chair, however after 9 months the bottom of the base crashed into the floor and it stopped rolling. Had to throw out a perfect chair because of the base

Easy to assemble and much more comfortable than I expected. Headrest in a great bonus. In fact, tilt the chair back, lean your head back against headrest and you might catch a nice nap.

Pros: Feels very sturdy and heavy duty.

Even though it arrived in a heavy duty box, it arrived with a large crack down the plastic spine of the chair.
The chair features mentioned in the instruction manual doesn't match the chair.
The head rest doesn't have a height adjustment (it can only tilt).
The arms don't slide back or forth (they are only height adjustable).
Even at the lowest seat height and lowest arm rest height, I'm unable to slide the chair underneath my desk.
