Comfortable mesh seat that in hot weather is preferable to foam. The back provides good support. It's easy to put together if you can use an allen key.

Don't purchase if you want a good head rest

The chair overall is comfortable and supports my lower back with adjustable lumbar support. The Tilt-lock feature does not work. The chair tilts back, only after applying a lot of force but the lever to lock it does not work. The head rest is awful. If you're looking for good head support do not buy this chair. It juts your head forward and is horrible for your posture.

After using this office chair for years plus, I’ve noticed significant issues with comfort and functionality. At first, it seemed fine, but over time, the seat cushion has become increasingly uncomfortable, especially during long work sessions. The padding feels worn out, and it puts pressure on the lower body, making it hard to sit for extended periods.
The back support has also declined. Instead of helping maintain proper posture, it now causes lower-back discomfort, and I often find myself needing to adjust or stand up to relieve the pain. This makes it difficult to use for daily work.
Another major problem is the lack of proper adjustment options. The chair doesn’t offer smooth or flexible angle adjustments — it only tilts when pushed backward or forward, with no real locking or precision control. This makes it hard to find a comfortable sitting position and limits its usability.
Overall, the chair has not held up well over time. What started as a decent purchase has turned into a source of discomfort. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who needs long-term support or a chair for regular daily use.
