Great chair if you are less than 6 ft tall

For me the chair has 1 major failing. If you are 6 ft tall or taller throw away the headrest. The back of the chair is too short and the hard edge of the head rest will hit you in the shoulders. Why they don't make it height adjustable is a mystery. For this price it should be. Without the headrest it is still a comfortable sturdy chair just over priced
Chair is very comfortable for long periods and fully adjustable. Delivered in one day and assembly instructions were very clear - color coded screws were helpful
Purchased this Task chair w/ reasonable price and very comfortable. I was satisfied with this one; however I found out one problem after one week. While most chairs have chair 3 controls to adjust this one has only 2 vertical up & down and back angle. (I observed this when I purchased this no problem) The angle of the end seat slowly unnoticeably was down sloping- ending myself sliding down. There's no SEAT ANGLE control to up & down. I'd tried everything to adjust & fix this issue. Unfortunately I failed.
I've had this chair for a few months now and I'm still happy. Before I got this I was slumming it with seats that didn't have any backs or headrests and it was taking a serious toll on my back. this had a nice adjustable headrest lumbar support and it reclines! So far the quality has been good; just make sure after a month or two to tighten the screws down again to make sure they stay snug.
I went with this because the cylinders on my previous Staples chairs have lasted a long time. Other chairs I have had the cylinders fail soon and the chair creeps down. I wish this would recline a bit further. I liked that about my previous non-Staples chair. Overall I like this one better so far and hope it holds up.

Its ok but its not great

I've been using this chair for WFH for 2 years. I am a 250lb male. Here's my take: Pros: Comfortable Has held up well to continual use Mesh is still taught and has not frayed Cons: Chair makes an awful creaking sound every time I move. It started doing this about 3 months into owning and has only gotten worse. Lumbar support will not stay in place and falls on its own. Tilt lock still allows some tilt back so it does not support proper posture. Headrest does not stay in place and is too far back to be useful. I think there are better chairs for the money but if you're like me and need something fast and cheap for a home office it works fine. Just keep your mic muted in meetings so your coworkers don't hear your every movement.
