The adjustable head rest which was a key factor in my choosing this chair does not work properly. The screws could not be screwed in to allow for repositioning of the headrest. Too much trouble to return it and start anew.

When I moved my office home I was forced to upgrade the chair that I seldom used previously. This was my selection and I sit in it eight hours a day and have no complaints. It is very comfortable & sturdy and has all the support for my back that I need. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it a second time if needed but I feel like it’s so durable that it will last for years.

Don't waste your money on this cheap chairs!

this is of cheap quality. within the 1st 2 weeks the lift already started malfunctioning. it wouldn't stay at the setting i had it. after a few months the seat mesh starting coming apart on 1 side so when i sit i can feel the frame of the seat. don't buy this junk.

Quality chair - just a few criticisms

This chair is of a very great quality even more well put together than my previous one. However this chair will unfortunately not meet my needs. If you're a taller individual the headrest will not accommodate your head properly (I am about 6'1") and instead be pressed against your neck. This chair is also extremely firm. And while that is one of the reasons why I wanted to try it there is such a thing as too firm. As other reviews mentioned even while locked the chair does still lean back a decent bit albeit less than other chairs I've used. Overall this is an excellent quality chair but if you're a little on the taller side and want to be able to wiggle or move around comfortably this chair may not be for you.

The bar under the chair that slides to keep the chair from leaning back has bent and the chair just lays back when you go to sit in it. Freaking annoying! JUNK DON'T BUY!!!

I thought upgrading to this chair would help with my sitting to long problem. The mesh is uncomfortable if I am wearing light attire. The end of chair hots the back of my knee by the time I am done doing an eight hour day my back and back of my knees are screaming. Sorry this chair was not for me.
