Recently purchased (and returned) two different chairs from Staples and this one is by far the best of the lot <$200 that I've tried. Still wish that the back of the chair tightened up better but is still serviceable.

Takes a while to put it together it doesn’t come partially assembled you need to assemble pretty much the whole chair. It’s worth it when you get done parts clearly marked takes about 20-30 mins. Very nice chair!

I have had the chair for 2 months so far and I have loved it....but the chair is starting to creep down when I sit on it. I keep it at the highest level but sometimes it goes down right away and I can actually feel it drop as I sit. I called product support and they were very pleasant to talk to and they are sending me a replacement cylinder. I am under 200lbs so my weight is not an issue. The support person I talked to said they do have issues with the cylinder in those chairs. My rating for actual seat comfort is a 5 but the annoyance of constantly having to raise my seat is a 0.

I received this chair as an early birthday present to replace my existing horrible uncomfortable noisy computer chair. We chose it thinking that the mesh fabric would be breathable and prevent perspiration. I was not expecting it to be comfortable let alone as comfortable as it actually is. I rarely sit in my recliner anymore because this is much more comfortable. I have myriad health issues that cause acute back pain and couldn't sit for more than an hour at a time before. Now I can sit as long as I want without incident. I wish we'd purchased it sooner. Oh I am also a large man in excess of 6' and 275lbs. The chair supports me very well.

I have tried many office chairs in the past and this is one of the best chairs with adjustable Lumbar to support your back especially if you are sitting for long periods of time
