Very good value for this chair. It is quite comfortable provides great lumbar support and the adjustable headrest fitted me perfectly - I am 6'1". Assembly instructions are easy to follow and the only tool you need is provided with the parts. Staples had this chair on sale for $100 off the week after I bought mine so we bought another for the home office.
I have had this chair in my office for less than 6 months. It is comfortable to sit on for my built of 5'9" and 130 lbs. Having said that the mesh seat had already started to sag with my weight but not yet hitting the plastic frame underneath the seat. I am afraid it would not last beyond a year at least for the mesh seat portion. I would probably not buy it again unless there is a good sale.
One star off because instructions were not good and it was so difficult to put together. Looks like the holes to attach the headrest on the plastic frame were not drilled properly. Wheels were tricky too. So far it’s comfortable to sit in with decent lumbar support. Mesh keeps it cooler than my previous chair. It’s also slightly wide for the standard sized interior doors in my home office.
The chair is comfortable and suited for my height and weight (6'2 206). It has the features of more expensive chairs except for the roller blade wheels adjustable head rest(up and down) and the swivel armrests. I can't attest to the durability of the chair yet since I have only had it for about a week but so far so good.
I like this chair. Easy to assemble and is comfortable. The mesh fabric breathes well. Lumbar support can be adjusted to where I need it. Couldn't give five stars because there were razor sharp burrs on many of the holes and sliced my fingers during assembly. I didn't bleed just cursed.
