all ajustments are manual you have to get out of the chair and turn it over. Also it's chair is not 17 inches deep it's about 21". I'm about 125 lbs and the mesh stretches to hit the support bar. The back support only hits on one angle so feels like another bar. The 3 stars is because it is actually a chair and looks ok.

It isn't a cushy leather chair but that wasn't what I was looking for. Assembly was easy the directions were very good and it didn't take very long to put together. I would not pay someone to put it together that would be a waste of money.

I love this chair. It is very comfortable and has a multitude of positions (height recline arm rests head rest) that suit my work style. The arm rests are high enough to go over the top of my desk so I can get closer to my computer monitor. The headrest is comfortable and fits just right. Seems very durable but have only had it a few weeks. Highly recommend this chair.
