I have used the chair for just a week now and it has good support where needed. The mesh back provides good air circulation.

I purchased this chair to replace an executive chair for the home office setup. I was looking for something with head/neck support along with lumbar support which this chair hit both points. The last chair was leather and during hot or cold days could be a problem if the temperature was not right so I like the mesh chair as that is a non-factor. It was easy to assemble and in less than 20 minutes I had it set up and in use. I got this during the sale price so it was well worth it but as the higher price was above my price range. However with the warranty support behind this it is definitely a chair to consider even at full price.

I’m a strict customer and like good customer service as well as follow through. You did all of these things to my satisfaction. I’m pleased with my purchase and it’s delivery was within the time stated. I do and will suggest you to others I know!!

Everything seems to do what it's advertised as. I wish the armrests would be a couple of inches longer so easier to grab onto when starting to sit down.

Chair is not as comfortable as expected. This was our second choice. First one was out of stock.
