I've had this chair for just over 4 months. I weigh about 195 pounds. I work for home and use it daily but he mesh is pulling out from the right side of the seat frame. I can feel the sag causing me to lean to the side and depending on my sitting position touch the hard plastic underneath the fabric. It's become really uncomfortable. The chair was comfortable before this occurred and I was satisfied with it. I did not expect it to become unusable within the first few months...

The chair is very solid - heavier than I was expecting - well constructed. It is a bit challenging to put together by yourself but doable. It is a comfortable chair and seems very durable. I would like it to tilt a bit more but it may be that I have not played with that adjustment enough yet.

This chair was delivered last week after I purchased it within a Staples store. Assembly was smooth as the instructions are clear. Using a drill if you have one will definitely expedite the process. The chair itself is great. I'm a very big guy (320 lbs). The chair holds up great. The lumbar support in the back is exactly what I needed. I can see this chair lasting quite a while. If you're apprehensive feel free to go for it.
