Very comfortable. Mesh will be great in the summer giving better air circulation. Headrest is just right for me. Lumbar support very good. Easy to assemble except for the feet: needed a younger stronger guy to push them into place. Manager at Staples pointed it out to me along with customer's positive and negative comments.

Great chair just missing had a blue screw instead of where a green one should have been in the bag. Went back to staples and they helped me out. But great chair

So far so good no complaints. Head and lumbar support made this the only chair to pass the "can I sleep in this?" test ... maybe that's a good thing?

Joe and Coleman really took care of us. Explained the product options and assembled the chair for us. Very helpful and friendly. The chair itself is wonderfully comfortable. Perfect for our needs.
