like the chair and it is comfortable. Adjustments are good. The only reason for the 1 star rating is because the salesperson in the store sold me an warranty plan on the chair starting that the chair only had a 90 day warranty on it. But when I got the chari home and read the warranty it is foe 7 years from the manufacturer. So i purchased the warranty plan for no reason.

The chair was easy to assemble and I've found it to be quite comfortable. There's a good amount of adjustment capability although adding seat tilt would improve it even more. Very good quality for the price.

Chair is very comfortable. Assembly instructions are vague. Parts can be installed backwards if you are not careful. Instructions could be better to prevent this.
