After exactly one month of use the mesh seat bottom is pulling out of the seat frame. There is about a 6 inch section that has already torn out and the seat is sagging badly. Anyone who has sat on the chair is well below the stated 275 pound weight limit and the chair has been used for less than 5 hours per day. This is unfortunate as I find the seat itself comfortable but for the cost of this thing I should be able to expect more than 1 month of use before it falls apart.

Easy assembly super comfortable. All good. Very happy with this chair. I have been using it for a few days and I can adjust it just like. I like the way it tilts and gives on the back rest just a little bit when locked.

Sturdy great chair. Feels good when you sit all the way in and lean back or support your back against the back support. For me mesh sags a little for butt support which isn't bad but if I had it support more I'd give 5 stars. Packaging was great and love that there's no Styrofoam!

Chair took less than 2 days to arrive... the best assembly instructions and easiest piece I have ever put together... day 2 of sitting in the chair and it is better than I even expected. Surprised with how impactful the mesh on the bottom is - super breathable and makes a noticeable difference from other chairs. Adjustable lumbar support makes a huge difference. Long story short I cannot see any reason that someone would be unsatisfied ordering this chair especially at this price. If you're sick of spending hours trying to find the right chair for working from home take solace - you've found the one!

I bought the same chair back in April or May and i love/loved it. In August I had to travel for work. While away on the business trip my wife started teleworking due to COVID-19. Well long story short when I returned home my wife had basically confiscated my chair. So to avoid morning races to see who would get to the chair first and claim it for the day I just went to Staples and bought her her own. She loves it.
